If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all Xplora hardware in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return
Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Device
Place the device and all original accessories back into the original box to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
